§ Platform · Overview v2026.05
One appliance. Four applications. One sovereign fabric.
The Cognitive Server is a single accountable system — not a vendor chain. Core reasons, Vault remembers, Hub connects, Nexus orchestrates. Bridge, Shield and Chain bind them into one auditable perimeter.
§ A · The shape of the system
Four applications bound by a fabric, running on one appliance.

§ B · The four applications
Each app is independently deployable. Together they are the server.

The Fabric
§ C · Built bottom-up
From the metal up to the network. Ten layers, one owner.
The platform refuses the modern habit of stacking opaque vendor layers. Every tier — silicon, kernel, runtime, models, reasoning, governance — is operated under European jurisdiction and attested at boot.

§ D · Operating principles
Four commitments the platform refuses to compromise.
P-01
Sovereign by construction
Every byte of operator data is processed on hardware physically located and legally operated under European jurisdiction. No exfiltration path is reachable, by design.
P-02
Auditable by default
Chain records every reasoning step — prompts, retrievals, tool calls, decisions. Traces are signed, exportable and replayable for regulators on demand.
P-03
Perimetral, not patched
Shield enforces RBAC at the perimeter of every application. There is no internal trust gradient to escalate through and no in-app permission to forget.
P-04
Composable, not coupled
Core, Vault, Hub and Nexus are independent applications speaking through Bridge. An operator may adopt one, three, or all four without rewriting the others.
